The Purpose of this Wiki
Though the galaxy is vast, the world of heroes and villains is small. Relatively.
The universe may seem like a cold, lonely place, but if you've been active in your chosen community, chances are somebody has heard of you. And if they've heard of you, that means you have a reputation, and it may not always be the one you would have picked for yourself.
What This Wiki Is
First and foremost, this wiki is in service of roleplayers and roleplaying within Star Wars: The Old Republic. More specifically, this wiki is designed to be a guide for responsible meta-gamers playing Star Wars: The Old Republic.
We consider it naïve to assume that your characters only have knowledge of what they have learned first-hand within game. Unless your character was born yesterday or is suffering from amnesia at the game's start, then it is fairly probable that your character has been around the block a few times. There are certain things that your character would have heard over the course of his travels, and this Wiki will tell you what those things might be.
What This Wiki Is Not
- This is not a place to list your character's entire résumé.
- This is not a place to share your character's stories.
Basically, this is not a place to feed other users more details than they could possibly know how to begin using. Entries are written out in a way that a person who wishes to gather meta-gaming information about your character, guild, NPC, etc. can feasibly do so in about thirty seconds.
